Manx Fire & Security Ltd specializes in fire safety planning and all that the process entails. When we are retained for your project, we manage and coordinate the necessary information and documentation to deliver a fire safety plan that meets and exceeds the requirements of the applicable Fire Code for that jurisdiction. This strategy was developed by the Principals of Manx from a decade of fire industry experience that identified the importance of the Developers' project deadlines.

The details
At Manx we pay specific attention and work closely with your Architects, Code Consultants, Engineers, Electricians, and Sprinkler Design contractors. Equivalencies are read carefully and any detail pertaining to the fire safety plan is clarified and its' inclusion is forwarded to the parties responsible so everyone is in the loop. We go that extra mile and provide temporary egress graphics so that the Authorities Having Jurisdiction can see what the finished graphic placement and content will be. Should there be a change, it can be addressed quickly and efficiently to meet the AHJs' requirements to get your fire safety plan accepted for final occupancy.

Whether your project is local in the Lower Mainland or any where in Western Canada, Manx can easily accomodate. We specialize in fire safety plans for all occupancies including "Tilt up" commercial, institutional, public assembly, hi rise, light and heavy industrial, or even Construction Site Fire Safety Plans that are now required and enforced for certain building permits throughout BC & Alberta.
